I try to play squash 2-3 times a week and also do a bit of pilates. Just enough to keep ticking over.
The chilling bit with the beer glass sounds good but i'm afraid the only stretching i'd be considering would be stretching my arm to the fridge for another beerRight after the ride... chilling out with my buddiesthen when I get back, yoga or at least some form of stretching

Plank challenge tell us moreJust started skipping (my kids call it jump rope!) Damn hard! Used to be easy as a kid! Also my wife has got me doing this stupid plank challenge for the month!
