I guess my aims are: Firstly get back onto the bike and back into running....
The get my fitness and times back....then weedle them down

Then half ironman, followed by the full iron man. Also interested in an ultra-marathon, but not sure this would be a wise idea at a young age, as I would loose alot of speed focus training while training long distance.
But those goals are a bit tame, an Arctic/some other harsh conditions challenge would be brilliant.
Once that is all done, - join the Royal Marines
