Small camping stove, hot chocolate, hip flask of Glayvva and instant cream in rack bag. For pit stops as most cafes shut down.
Leggings, gloves and winter jacket, bike stays the same

I've got a fair bit of flexibility regarding exactly when I ride my bike so I can usually find a decent weather window even in the middle of winter. If it's really shocking I might stick it on the turbo for a quick spin

I only have one bike and I don't winterise it at all other than popping a couple of those little led flashing lights on in case it gets a bit gloomy. Just have to keep the drivetrain well cleaned that's all

I'm with @Fab Foodie on this one, just grab the appropriate bike for what I'm doing.
Mind you last winter I was thinking of fitting the (supplied) mudguards to the trike but then thought "What's the point" the front won't fit as I've changed the front wheel/forks for 26" ones and neither rear wheel is in line with my bum.

I ride my 20 km commute to work most days, starting at 5.15am.

I have been using lights everyday for about a month. I have been winterising my body for about the same time. It is difficult to know what to put on

This is my Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring bike.

No hastle leaving the mudguards on alm year and carbon belt to make winter salt a bit more manageable.

I bought it as a commuter which is the vast majority of my cycling..

Always ready unless icy tyres all always the same ( I don't tend to ride on ice) only addition are some spoke reflectors which have been put on this week due to the earlier evenings.

I set off about 0630 for work . Just starting to use lights now. Leave mudguards on year round .
Needed a jacket for the first time yesterday but overheated a bit.
Thats the problem in spring/autumn either too hot or too cold, no matter how you plan, so this year I am always carrying a spare set of clothes as I usually get wet and whilst it is less important on the ride if I am out 6 or 7 hours its not nice.
