If you see something you fancy then buy it, this is my thinking, I’ve now got 16 bikes😳
Which one is your favourite?

I had a Schwinn Passage in coral color. I loved that bicycle, used it a lot. It started riding oddly, though. One day, I got off the bicycle, and was able to take the seatpost in one hand and the headtube in the other, and wiggle them in different directions. I had bought the bike used. By this point, it was used up. I did buy another of the same vintage last year. Columbus steel, a fine machine. Dark blue, from the year before the other one. The coral color was just used to finish out production. A grand cycle for touring on. Above the LeTour, and below the Voyager in the Schwinn line-up.

It would be interesting to hear your own thoughts in regard to the questions,.
I would say.....
a) When rust has done irreparable damage to the frame.
b) after 20 or 30 years.
I'm thinking of getting a new one a year or 2 after because I want one that's more suited for AUDAX. My current bike is just there to help me train up my endurance to be able to do AUDAX.
