He's 35, had two heart attacks, does weight lifting (a good start) and has now got Lance Armstrong offering advice.
So, in your first month of cycling, could you safely knock out 165 miles for two days on the trot or have you just remembered how much your saddle area used to hurt!?
(For info I couldn't, I rode from London to Eastbourne after a few months and slept for 13 hours straight when I got there. The thought of doing another 260 miles after that didn't bare thinking about.)
