Spring was here 5 minutes ago but the sun has now gone back in. I think that it's in hibernation this year still.

Dull and cold here today. Again. About to head out for a quick 20 miler or so and am foolishley taking sunglasses which will guarantee the sun stays well away!

Got in 23 miles this morning (a new record for me) and loved every minute.

It sprung today, Blue skies no clouds, Lovely jubbly.

A balmy 15C when I left home this morning. I got all of three miles before the cloud rolled in, the breeze picked up and the temperature plummeted. Most of the ride was between 6 - 8C and, with a light drizzle, it felt a good deal colder than that. I've had more pleasant conditions in January!

Felixstowe today...

Started off sunny, but clouded over just as I decided to go out for a few miles. Ended up doing housework & gardening instead.
It did brighten up late afternoon but it was still cold and with a northerly breeze when I did finally get out on the roads.
