"4 hole" is insufficient information. You also need to know the Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD)
BCD is difficult to measure, but Sheldon has a cribsheet for finding BCD by measuring from the centre of one bolt hole, to the centre of the next bolt hole (scroll down for 4-bolt measurements)

After that your next stop could be SJS, as they seem to have a reasonable range of 4-bolt chainrings

velosolo.co.uk are, in my experience, the only stop you need for slightly odd fixed wheel components. They are the one's to blame (kind of) for the entirely gold drivetrain on my otherwise sensible black bike.
