Overshoes: I might use them any time of the year, could be winter, could be summer. I use light weight lycra overshoes to keep my shoes clean.
If I'm just riding to the post office on the folding bike I'm more likely to be cycling wearing my vans shoes, baggy shorts and a t-shirt. If it's wet I might wear wellies.
