Like Landslide, the only commercial jersey I own is a bright yellow/black Raleigh jersey w/ Levi's sponsor. It is warm, good for winter use, so is usually hidden under windbreaker. Shot below @ 300km control of the Pacific Rim 600, 2007.

My other good winter jersey is this old Wolverhampton Racing Club jersey, given to me by a cousin on a visit some 20-odd years ago. It's still going strong. I used it on my regular hundred kilometre Wednesday ride yesterday. Worked well at 5C.

All my others are event jerseys (such as Paris-Brest-Paris) or my club jersey.

Generally out of date team jerseys from obscure teams that are going cheap - I have Vitalicio Seguros, Saeco Romers and my own club colours, Gosforth RC.

I buy old jerseys that I like the design of, others I've been given as presents. Always worn with plain black shorts - team shorts always seem a bit over the top to me.
