2 questions, how long did it take to get like that and how long did it take to clear it?

as far as I can make out it was all right in 2002, I found out last year and no one would help me. up to now I've done the kitchen and lounge 3 days the bath room is full of mould, I only found out this morning, the bed room is full of rubbish as well.

ashamed of it as he would not let anybody in who came round to see him, it just got out of hand and I could not let anybody that is nearly 80 live in that condition
