Forty miles north in North Yorkshire was great
Fifty odd miles south and home were not so great. Back roads route helped, but lunchtime wind hit 50 mph and progress was arduous. Good leg work. MTBs in Dalby tomoz to keep off slippery roads

Just too windy for me today. light weight bike + light weight newbie = trouble. Have been on rides in high winds out on the tops mind way though a ride. But setting out on one in winds like today will pass.

I dont bother cycling in the rain. Nothing about being brave or being man enough, I just dont want to. I tend not to do things I dont want to do unless I have to.
