Accy would be a good choice. A snazzy dresser who knows how to make a drama out of a crisis.

Problem is he's locked out of the Tardis as he's forgotten his password...

How can a Billy be a she? What strange times we live in!

By being a Billie.

As Bill or Billy is short for William, Billie is short for Wilhelmina. Both are also used as stand alone names nowadays.

And there have been plenty of women named billie in te past - as noted above, Billie Jean King. Or Billie Holliday before her. It was apparently in the top 100 names for girls by 1928.

I still think George Takei would be an amazing choice!!

Been lucky enough to meet him three times, very nice & friendly chap. Two pals of mine used to run his UK fan club and were invited to his wedding ceremony in LA.

I've been reading online that David Dixon who was Ford Prefect in Hitch Hikers Guide would be a good Doc?.

Back in the day when it was announced Tom Baker was leaving, I mentioned to a Who-mad school friend that 'that bloke with the curly hair who did those reverse-film pieces in Vision On with Pat Keysell stepping through a mirror'...he'd be good. Years later, Sylvester McCoy did get the role.

I don't think it'll be Billie Piper, there'll be some plot twist as to why the Doctor took her face. After all, he did the face of Capaldi character from The Fires of Pompeii episode.

And didn't the curator (Tom Baker) in the 50th anniversary story say to Matt Smith on faces, 'You may revisit a few, but just the old favourites, eh?'. Which implies he was the second version of Dr no 4:smile:.
