Yeah, I'm looking forward to it.
Aren't you?
Looking forward to it? I'm relishing it mate. I'll be commuting on the aero TT bike, as I do every winter.

I wear bib shorts, road shoes and short sleeves until it hits -5c, only then do I need my 3/4 bibs..I wouldn't say I was looking forward to it, as I much prefer riding in warm conditions, but I'll still commute. Only missed 2-3 days last winter, due to very icy conditions.
The best thing about winter is the macho willy-waving on here! "Yeah, well I did my 25 mile e/w commute to Antarctica on 23mm slicks and didn't wear gloves....etc"

My commuter now is something I can control a bit easier, so hopefully wont come off this winter.
I do have all the right kit and wrap up warm in winter. The cold isnt really the problem, its when you loose feeling to your fingers and toes that annoys me most.

This is me during the last cold snap.

SocksThis will be the first winter wearing lyrca, any tips on how to keep the manhood warm and not hibernating into my belly?

I use normal bibs and wear roubaix leggings over them, never had a problem. I think once last year i put a pair of running tights over them as it was something like -8 when i left. (and i was on 23mm tyresI have roubaix leggings but they don't cover me balls, bit worried about the little men.
