Yebbut.... if you live by the coast, 180 degrees of your world is cold saltwater. It's limiting.
..... and speak funny?Mrs M moved south when she was 17, to Inverness. She kept moving southwards. But not over the Tweed. She would like to start heading back Northwards again. I think she thinks you lot smell.
Her father speaks funny. In both countries. We think he's a southern nobber, the southern nobbers think he's one of us...... and speak funny?
I'm assuming she managed to circumnavigate Dundee?![]()
It's probably very nice.My daughter is moving to Dundee (out of choice) - 4 kids now left home and the only one who's not happy is the one who took a job in England.
Dundee is a great place*, it does seem to get a lot of bad publicity from nobbers. My daughter is moving to Dundee - 4 kids now left home and the only one who's not happy is the one who took a job in England.
I'm not sure I would count this as cycling....Yeah but the days are warmer and sunnier and the house prices cheaper, oh and the cycling is fantastic.
Er my feet are on pedals and they are going round, what's not cycling.about that?????I'm not sure I would count this as cycling.... View attachment 339653

I think out of that list that introducing me to kebabs is what I remember most fondlyDundee is a great place*, it does seem to get a lot of bad publicity from nobbers.
*And their University was kind enough to let me study there for 6 years. And where my children were born. And where I first encountered kebabs. And the only city I was arrested in (and then escaped cos the Polis left the van door open - this was before I was actually in the Polis in Dundee)
I have HS1 so it's a piece of cake and I do it daily.I wouldn't want to commute daily from the Kent coast to Leatherhead /Epsom every day though!
It was bad enough commuting from from Sutton to Epsom (4 miles) every day for 12 years!
Yeah well there are some big boats out there and we haven't quite got the Dover to Calais cycle path sorted yet.Hmmmm ..good point. Wearing Hi-Viz too.....
Doesn't go to Leatherhead thoughI
