Every time payday comes around I have to stop myself going on wiggle and filling the shopping basket with stuff I really don't require. Everyone of the lads I cycle with are the same,we even have a "wiggle payday" whatsapp group so we can discuss necessary and unnecessary items we currently have in our online baskets. My current basket is at£423.21, payday on Thursday...... Girlfriends birthday in the same month, something has to give?!!!!

Why's it a problem if you can afford it and use the stuff you buy?

If Wiggle sold engagement rings...

You can't get engaged on her birthday, that means one less future date to celebrate. Christmas is soon too. You'd be better off waiting until after Easter to pop the question anyway.

My GF wants to et engaged too. If I hadn't bought anything from Wiggle for the last few months I could have got her a quality ring. TBH I do get more enjoyment from cycling though... haha (joking if she sees this)

Surely the point of engagement is that you both want to get married, not just her? If that isn't the case, delete your wiggle account and start saving for the divorce....(a friend of mine has so far spent £50k on legal fees)

Think it's because girlfriend wants and engagement ring and I want a garmin edge 800.......that's where the problem is
Get her a ring, she gets you the garmin as an engagement gift. Happy warm and fuzzy all round
