Always had good service from Wiggle. Like any on-line seller - shop about for the best prices. Wiggle are excellent for returns.

There are a couple of hillarious threads on Bike Radar where Wiggle get the blame for something that's not their problem.

I see they were sold in December; that's when I got a problem, but resolved very quickly.
Then again in January, another problem, but resolved satisfactorily.
So my problems were probably due to the change over period, as I have had brilliant service up until then.

The CTC bag costs, what, £15 a pop? Two of them cost £30. If they're lucky wiggle will be getting 0.5% a year interest on their bank accounts (in fact, they're more likely to be paying charges than getting interest). That's 0.04% a month - a grand total of 1.25p on your £30.

The electricity they used on the order probably cost more than that.

So...?

I don't know about delivery to Denmark but wiggle are a very big company I used many a time before and most deliveries come in one or two days; the only time I've had to wait longer was when items weren't in stock. I got a tyre from there once though that was shown to be in stock, however a week later they got back to me saying they'd be discontinued. It wasn't much but they did give me a £1.50 voucher for my inconvenience.

Never had a problem with Wiggle, and their returns/repair turnaround was fantastic on the 1 occasion I needed to use it.

They do seem to have become much less price competitive recently, so much so I've started to do the majority of my shopping elsewhere - primarily CRC.

If you pay by Paypal the money is taken immediatley. They took mine in January and it was refunded yesterday.

The bags were shown as in stock when I ordered them, otherwise I would have looked elsewhere. I ordered them almost a month ago and they did not get in touch to say they were out of stock.

It is not good service in this instance but this may be a one off.

On a more general customer service note, I bought a saddle from a company Triton Cycles this week. I was a bit apprehensive, never having dealt with them before, but having placed the order in the early afternoon of Wednesday, it arrived here (Glasgow) in the lunch time post on Thursday.
Very impressed!

ordered most of my stuff from wiggle.

One order included two bycle wall mounting kits but they only sent one.
I dropped them an email and they didnt even wiggle about it.
had the missing bycle mount within a couple of days.

really good service methinks.

Also never had a problem. Ordered masses from them over the last yr, only ever had one problem when a bunch of inner tubes failed to turn up. When I contacted them they immediately sent out replacements (turns out it was my postie at fault..they were next door!!). IMHO these guys are top notch and their service is up there with the best of the internet traders. Plus I also like the Haribo...^_^

I wonder if their policy has changed recently on replacements. On the last thing I ordered from them which hadn't turned up after just shy of a week. They told me that I had to wait 10 working days before they could do anything, and they didn't explain what "anything" was.
