Just found this is Facebook

it was confiscated in Kirby-in-ashfield

apparently it could do 28 mph
and - much to my "surprise" - the pedals were non functional!!!

Impressive amount of parcel tape holding it together - presumably they were out of Gaffa tape!!!

Think it might have been someone whose first language isn't english.

Saw that on the BBC news website yesterday - reminded me of the one I saw at London Bridge station last year...
