If you came into a few bob what would you buy to help your cycling, excluding an ebike. Am not talking life changing amounts of money,

A smart trainer maybe as well as it wouldn't really matter if as I suspected, it bored the pants of me in the first few miles.

I’d probably go on a longish, supported tour. Maybe Channel to the Med, which is about 1000 miles and includes the Alps.
