Gaz. The things you'll do to feel stiff in the morning :¬)

Not to be the harbinger of doom, but are you sure she was fully insured to drive that vehicle. I had a run in with a woman about ten years ago and it could have been a script for what happened to you. Mine was evasive about her address, (gave her own address then changed it to her fathers ) full of apologies and nice as pie at the scene and then tried to turn it around to my fault the next day. A couple of weeks later it emerged that the car was covered by a group insurance (family business) but she wasn't a named driver. Anyway, get well soon mate.

I'm beginning to wonder.... The address she gave to me is apparently her ex-husband's, still waiting for police to provide me with her insurance details.

Err how can she say you were speeding if she didn't see you?

And if she did see you to form the opinion you were speeding, WHAT THE BLAZES did she pull out for?

:wacko:

<bounce bounce>

Sir! Sir! I know Sir!

She saw gaz, and saw he was going so fast, that he'd be past her by the time she pulled out. So actually, it's his fault for not going as fast as she thought he was.

geez, sorry to read this all this gaz, all the best for a speedy recovery and I hope you wipe the floor with her.

There have been far too many of these in recent days- sorry to hear about the 'off' Gaz and don't forget a nice brandy or two will work a treat as well as the pills! Get well soon.

Kinda agree with Tynan..

We should call you Merciless Mercer. :tongue:

Hows your legal, are you going though Bikeline, CTC's RJW or someone local? They might be able to prompt the police on some points. If its anything like Southampton it will be one guy dealing with all the bike stuff at the copshop.:wacko:
