I thought I would treat myself to a supersix but then decided it was silly to have 2 bikes. So I went for a test ride with the view of not buying it (lbs already set it up to test ride for me). I couldn't believe how smooth that bike was. I came back grinning from ear to ear, cradit card in hand.

I swear that thing rides smoother than my CX bike and now with newly installed 25mm gp4000s its even smoother

Unfortunately I don't ride much on weekends so its usually used as a fair weather commuter.

I get inadequacy syndrome every time i go on a club run

So do I but that has nothing to do with the bike I'm riding!

I have all the bikes i want, whats the point in working if you cant spend it on nice things

We already know that Mr Specialised Shiv! :hello:

I personally would like a Cannondale Supersix Evo High Mod, but, unfortunately, I appear to have run out of hiding places in the garage ( for a new bike I mean!).

I remember this lesson each and everytime I get on and ride my expedition bike (Thorn Nomad)... However, it also reminds me each and every time I use it why it is kept in the house instead of with the other bikes... thankfully they are that distinct that unless you actually know what it is, few people realise their cost (well above your figure)...

Remembering what is needed to securely lock them makes me appreciate my £700 road bike more!
