Womens bike frame geometry

Discussing bike fit issues a friend suggested that someone with my measurements of short body with long legs could be more suited to a womens geometry frame.

Any other male riders tried this?

I haven't, but I've often wondered whether a womens frame would suit me as I'm a bit of a short arse.

I've noticed that, but it confusing for you to say it just after mentioning Giant, who pretty nearly have a mirror range of WSD bikes.

Yes, I shouldn't have mentioned Giant who are actually one of my favourite brands. I will edit my post in case some one references this in future.
