This week was my first of commuting

Okay it's only for 2 days per week until June and is only 3.5km but the difference those 10 minutes make are great

If only my BB5 brakes weren't a PITA ;)

I agree, you can't beat the feeling. When I was working permanent 12hr nights the ride home was the highlight of the night and made it all bearable.

Fellow Polocini rider, you need to ride the up a big hill, and back down again till you get to work with that commute..

Welcome to the commuting club !

When it's a lovely bright morning, setting out early doors for that extra long commute is bootiful. It's one of the things that drives my riding through the winter, makes you kinda feel like you deserve the sunshine ! Have fun and keep safe.

I've started riding to work too, yes it is only 2 miles away and only takes 5 minutes if I go down the main road but who says you have to go straight there, feels like you have had an extra bit if me time secretly added on to my day, which is nice, like when those birds on the adverts sit down with a bar of chocolate and drift off into their own world, but better because I've done exactly the opposite.
