If I might use an analogy. What shoe size are you? Would you wear shoes a whole size larger which is typically 8mm larger than your ideal size? Unlikely as your heels would likely slip and you'd get blisters. Also there would be too much room up front meaning if your foot was average width, your foot would slide around. You would probably need a volume reducer, heal lifts and certainly need to lace them quite tightly to hold your foot in place without sliding forward. Also because you have laced them quite tightly the front toe area in front of the laces will probably ruck up and cause discomfort behind your toes. The area on top of your foot will become quite painful as you have had to lace your shoes/boots quite tightly causing pressure on nerves and blood vessels beneath the laces. That hurts! You might have to wear a really thick sock which will make your feet sweat a lot more which would be particularly uncomfortable in summer and may again lead to blisters which are ultimately an indication of poor fitting foot wear. Can you see the similarities with riding an incorrect size bike frame? Back, neck, wrist and knee ache possibly, not to mention discomfort and reduced riding enjoyment. Perhaps reduced bike control when you need it. When you have ridden a bike that does fit you will know it. When you then ride a bike that does not fit you will also know it!

Why do you suffer on this bike which is too BIG for you?

Because it was CHEAP!

I think it is better to put your money into something that does fit you properly given you might spend quite a long time riding it.
