Looks a very good bargain.
A workstand is one of the best things I have ever purchased for working on the bike.

If it is the same one I have it and really like it. If it's any consolation I paid more than that for it.

I NEED one too, but I'm going to make a bracket to go on the patio umbrella pole which is v heavy and just the right height.

Got that one for my birthday the other day, very good, makes cleaning and general maintenance much easier.
Use mine inside and out, outside while hosing the bike down and general cleaning off of mud.
Inside for light cleaning,checking,maintenance etc.

The Ribble version is the once I've got. It is rather sturdy and the rubber clamps hold the bike firmly on the seat-tube. I find that it is more stable when it isn't fully extended, it will twist more if it is all the way up.

Certainly a good buy at that price.
