World Cup Predictions - Pick the Score

Ok, so we have a mixture of teams picked to follow and teams picked to win.

So, off the top of my head: points for picking the winning team : 15 points, defeated finalists: 12 points, winners play off: 9 points, losers play off 6 points, team (or teams) eliminated with the most points scored in their league: 3 points.

The list of teams above are the teams we will be following (until they're eliminated when we start to follow the team that knocked them out. Group games score 3, 1, 0. Quarter finals: correct score: 6 points, correct result 3. If a draw is predicted, 6 points for the correct score, 3 for the correct result, and then a further 6 and 3 points for the score after extra time, and in the event of penalties, 3 points for picking the correct winner with a 12 point bonus for guessing the penalty score exactly.

As this is off the top of my head, let me know if it doesn't make sense....

I'm trying to decide between Germany or Argentina. I don't think Brazil nor Spain will win it.
