Our daughter , who lives in Devon, has just been diagnosed with breast cancer so we are going there on Friday for support. Luckily, she had a routine mamogram two weeks ago when it was discovered. The doctors are happy that it is treatable so she should recover from it. She is having an operation next Thursday to remove the cancerous bit showing on the MLR scan and depending on what they find, she may need radio therapy to blast it but they are very confident it is not life threatening.
Let's hope so.

So sorry, not nice news. Sounds like luckily it was discovered early and as the doctors are confident I’m sure she’ll make a full recovery.
Give her all our best wishes.

Sounds like they've caught it early and are very confident.

I've been there. NHS are fantastic. You'd never know I ever had any treatment. Chances are she'll be absolutely fine too.

So sorry to hear the news Gavroche. Try and focus on the positives though - sounds like its been caught early and the medico's are giving a reasonable prognosis.

The Poshshire Chapeter of the Retired Wee Wee and Cabbage Smelling Y Front Wearers are all keeping their fingers crossed for her.
