Slightly off topic but what is it with 'Bands that we used to be indifferent to in the 80's now becoming like the Second Coming' or summink?

Kate Bush's forthcoiming residency of the Hammersmith Apollo has sold out within minutes, Depeche Mode have just come off a tour larger than they could have hoped for when they were actually famous and Led Zeps resurgency sold out before we even could remember how stupid Robert Plants hair is....

A triumph of rose tinted marketing methinks.
