It wouldn't bother me but, if it did, an extra £7000 grand for the exhumation on top of the £650,000 house price isn't a great deal.

I wouldn't buy it with the previous owners buried there but would apply for exhumation at vendor's expense. I think exhumation needs the consent of the family, in which case it may not be forthcoming as it was their relatives last wish to be buried there. The prospect of a devalued house may soon pursuade the beneficiaries though.

Random bob round the corner with a digger or shovel can do it for 50 quid.

I'm sure that the dead people didn't intend for their family to do without their inheritance, so somebody has to buy it!

I wouldn't be bothered by dead bodies in the garden but I would never pay that much for a house, and especially not that one.
