If i remember correctly, if you contact the local authority in charge, you might be able to recieve compensation... At least this was the case when it came to badly maintained roads that were causing punctures.

Carbon zipp sprint bars and a left shifter that is now out of date so the bike shop wants to change the whole rig . Ulterga pedals and SMP chrono saddle .

Claim in to whoever is in charge of the road works for the cost, possibly a new group set, but surely the left shifter is the front derailleur so perhaps a search on the t’internet will turn up something suitable As new old stock parts.
