Paris, fantastic. (Oh and congrats BTW - just read your news in another thread - great stuff.)

When I was there with the missus we saw one of the night rides through central Paris - the marshalls with their whistles and HV vests and everything. They don't half earn their stirrups stopping the Paris traffic ... crazy ... but remarkably (for a city with mental volumes and speed of traffic) very little abuse from drivers who are being asked to stop.

Sorry, just realised I've gone completely off topic there ... resume the cake stop recommendations
