Enjoying a long weekend in Dunwich, Suffolk, and borrowed a friend's Giant Escape 1 for a 30-mile ride. Had a homemade sandwich on the bench opposite the White Horse, Sibton, Suffolk, about 1pm on Saturday afternoon (12th July) , not realising the pub was open as no-one entered or left, and it was quiet from the outside. It was only when I went on the pub's website - which said it was open from noon, that I wandered across and found two bar staff listening dutifully to a very talkative (rambling) regular. Although the pub is on a cycling circuit, very very few cyclists stop at the pub, according to the bar staff. Hope it doesn't close like so many other pubs, including the very good White Horse in Westleton (close to Dunwich). 🙏

I used to go there for food with friends and my good lady. They had a rather old series of cigarette cards, framed in a case on the wall, of "public schools of the UK"; strangely, there was a card of my school - a state grammar school. iirc, rumour has it the the writer of the song, "It's a long way to Tipperary" lived and wrote the song at the pub. The pub's name was subsequently changed to acknowledge this.

I've only just discovered this thread and will endeavour to contribute in the future.

Meanwhile, here's one from my local, the White Lion, Brownshill Green (though their website says Allesley)

Not meaning to sound 'arty farty', but perhaps future photos could have a good view of the whole pub and the whole bike. My pubaholic and bike-porn tendencies need to be satisfied! ^_^
