On the operating table. They stopped the operation due to the minor technicality of me dying whilst under the knife.
It was only the appendix that was being removed at the time, I found that out later.

eekss... my sister did something similar a few years ago as I recall. Mine were both severe asthma attacks - but there is a 5 hour (or so) gap in my memory after the 2nd one. Thankfully, I know nothing much about either and am hoping that the 3rd (not necessarily by the same means) will be the same!
