Went out early as soon as the rain stopped. Very windy and didn't go far as I have a throat infection just now. Felt great whilst riding but absolutely c**p when I got home.

A cracking 60 miler from Cwmbach to the Swansea Waterfront Museum and back. 99% on main roads and dual carriageways. Great fun

great day out with fnaar and graham56 passed the northern jersey over its going scotland soon.. weather was great ..though i did get caught in a small shower..puter on bike stopped for a while poss managed 45-50 miles

Hilly and windy 12 miler tonight. The miles are creeping up, and am already in front of last years cumulative total (at this point) and average speed.

It wasn't that bad, I got out for 72.5 miles round Fife, Clackmannan and Loch Leven, Typical though now I'm at the folks for tea the sun has come out.

Had social/domestic duties this morning and I was due to go out late afternoon for 25 or so (longer one tomorrow). Got in having spent my pocket money in the LBS (new shoes) and it started to tip it down as I stepped out of the car. So it was a choice of wet outside or wet inside, the plonk won.

The rain did clear away however it was to late by then so another bottle was called forward for inspection

Went on a hilly 22 miler today, including one 20 minute continuous killer climb .
Comind down the other side was fun though .

Nn a ride organised by the YACF crew. 18 people, some riding amongst other things, a trike, a fixie, a tandem and a recembent tandem...

nothing yesterday 75 metres of hedging to clip so the upper body a work out. now i have to clean up the clippings so a core work out today. oh i wish i go out on the bike

21 miles, mostly flat, some undulating countryside. Only my 2nd proper ride since getting back on bike, so happy enough with that.
