I have had near misses on those cobbles even on my mountain bike, which has 56 mm (2.2") tyres. 25 C road tyres - no thanks, I'm walking! And also with the new tyres/wheels that you have sold me - I am not going to risk a nasty accident to avoid a quick dismount/walk.
