hi i have a zipper z4 folding 36v electric bike that is not charging i have tried another charger and the green light just stays on instead of going red and starting to charge i have looked at some videos where it shows how to do a bms reset by making a connection that goes onto the charger with two wires that go on the plus and minus side of battery discharge and the charger then goes to red like it shows in the videos but when i just plug the charger back in as normal it just stays green again and dosnt charge any help would be greatly appreciated. Ps the battery is showing 36.2 volts on my meter and the control unit is showing one bar
