No, 2 fans on, decent warm up. Likely Just a bit of fatigue. I ride the hilly KOM straight after at 3.8w/k as a test and hr again stayed stubbornly low. A good nights sleep will sort it.

Yeah pretty tough. The only small saving grace for me was the fact it was the same lap again and again. So you sort of worked out a rhythm as to when the pace was going to surge
