No, upon disassembly I found I needed a few more parts due to closed off tube holes. Also a Di2 item is faulty.
I cobbled it together and the system works shifting the Alfine.
I also need to tweak the chainline a touch
Hopefully next week if all parts arrive

My NEO went wonky earlier allowing me to ride at 63kph for 70 odd watts
I turned it off and pleased to say its working again.Solo sprint for the jersey.
It goes up and down like normal.... don't think it adjusts any other way (it's their standard pave set post). It has the Future Shock 2.0 adjuster on the headset. di2 which I'm loving

I think you're seeing reflection from the camera flash. Just had a look again at the bike and can't see anything.

That is my race bike on the Hiplok Airlok which is great.
Reckon I'll be keeping her waiting soon, she is riding well and hit near 500W up a short hill yesterday

Looking at the metrics Tommy was on the limit and out-sprinted.
Tommy averaged 411W sprint, peak 506W
3rd 560W peak 640W
2nd 720W, peak 940W
winner has privacy so no data.
