Not me. 80km on zsun club ride this am and zsun rising 3 sisters to do in an hour. If I have any energy left I will join the zsun chain gang for 5 min

I'm back! Signed up to Zwift, need to get my fat self doing some exercise again. Bkool looked fairly desolate hope I don't get death threats for being a traitor.

Presume you guys are now all highly honed athletes, if you could wave as you lap me that would be marvellous.

Thanks for the heads up Bob I went out and had a wobble about accidentally turned and went up a big hill didn't like that very much was pleased to discover you can turn around.
