I can’t get this right ?? Turbo is connected to laptop via Bluetooth it also connects to zwift app on my phone by Bluetooth and works normally. However zwift on the laptop won’t find anything to connect to cadence sensor or trainer ? Any help for a newbie noob appreciated.

On the laptop you need ant+, zwift on windows doesn't support Bluetooth, however you can use the zwift mobile link on the phone to bridge the Bluetooth connections to the laptop (phone and laptop must be connected to the same network / WiFi).

Ok thanks will try it again next time. I’ve used it twice before and no problems so not sure why it’s messing around this time :cursing:

I've lost another 2lbs . Quickly alters simulator weights

Pre or post dump? I hope there is some routine to your weighing regime:okay:

Andy, I won’t be doing the chain gang tomorrow. Need a few more days to get over this infection. I will join the gentler pace of the club ride.

I always have same weighing routine . After last night's race I might need a gentle ride myself. Can't do anything in the PM. Duties call

0DF4C7FF-146A-4894-8EAE-CE278607EE3A.jpeg I went o Zwift just now just to turn the legs in the jungle route. Quick sprint on flats and a new 5s post bkool best of 813w ( though I though it would be in mid 830’s looking at screen) . Anyway decided to put watts down on first part of climb to bridge. Held between 5.5 and 9w/kJ but it has not saved. Has me turning earlier. I have not had this happen before. A bit frustrating but reassured sprint power might be coming back. Perhaps it was that ride in bsim;)

Think how fit and fast you'd get if you raced in Bkool more frequently

2 x London 8; so got a PB up Box Hill @6:22 and followed that up with a 6:32 allowing me to stay in front group - apart from Chinese flyer who was DQ.
Now this was my best race on zwift which I put down to surprisingly good legs and a quarq dfour/ Elite Kura combination. I've sent the Neo back under warranty due to a grinding noise and bought a Kura as a replacement/spare. It is a dumb fluid trainer with a huge resistance so spend a lot of time in little jimmy, For the sprints I put it in a big gear but have to stand up and mash the pedals unlike the Neo where I preferred to sit. My 15s power has increased by over 1w/kg.

You have been sprinting seated?!? Blimey.

If you like workouts here is a 108 custom ones you can import to zwift.

I need to get my head around a ftp booster or sweet spot so will look at these.
