Crikey, I was getting a twitchy bottom when it went past 400m to go!Nice finish. I kept wondering when you were gonna go![]()
How very dare they? It'll be on every week now, so plenty of chances.

I might be able to join the odd Friday going forward, but not sure when and how many just yet.
Race links should all be there now but I haven't chosen the courses yet.)Random question but I think it's came up before - anyone take creatine supplements? For cycling or otherwise. I know the benefits aren't massive but aside from pretty minimal weight gain/water retention seems to be mainly upside for all round health? If it doesn't hurt your stomach.

So this week in Friday Smash, we're going for a lap of Downtown Dolphin (2.1km, 17m) for race 1 (no draft, no steering).

and 2 laps of Issendorf Express (one of the new NY routes 14.5km, 106m) for race 2 (draft and steering ON)

Most use a TT bike , I use a road bike as I just use it as a power test rather than a raceI've signed up, I'll join if I can
The first race, no draft, does that mean we use a TT bike or is bike choice open to whatever?
I take it daily, 5 grams every morning - I weight train so I do it primarily for that work.
It's definitely proven for muscle building and strength. Maybe less impact for long steady cycling rides but I'm thinking it probably helps for the big sprint efforts at the end.
I don't notice any weight/water gain but then I've taken it for years so maybe I just don't see it now?
