Reminds me of the odd evenly matched races/finishes in bkool we sometimes had, especially the handicaps. Really looking forward to closed races in Zwift one day.

Been suffering with a persistent chesty cough since I got drenched commuting on Monday. Was pretty grim outside today, and Mrs C was out so I figured I'd actually make some use of my turbo for a change. Did an hour up and down the mountain. Not too bad, and feeling a bit better for doing it, although I was having trouble getting my heartrate up.

I think you got a pb I kept slowing to give you someone to chase. No warm up for me, saw you were on and jumped in which was pretty silly given I was trying to loosen the knee. Still, I think your fitness is looking fine. You were 10th fastest on the loop. Now if you didn't like your food so much I think we might see your uphill times tumble

I am having to do a of walking at the moment-taking youngest to school, then, well, lots of walking and i was thinking if i spin my knee on the bike first walking might not then impact the knee so much. so, an easy 10k this am to test the theory. We shall see.

I've cancelled my Zwift subscription .... BKool wins for now When/if Zwift get the closed races sorted I may be tempted back, but for now I'll stick with BKool racing.

Im not sure depends on the temp in the loft, thinking of bringing it back down into the dining room much cooler there
