I’ve just started the “build me up”Which program is this as i keep mean to do a training programme but never get round to it
It’s 12 weeks. Only 1 week in done peddling techniques which was good. 1 leg intervals to check your stroke.

. Now sometimes when I’m struggling going up a hill i think about that so I keep pushing. Maybe the thought of being overtaken by runners will motivate your wife to keep going
