I think ill give this a go as knowing someone else doing it with help keep me motivated that was what I liked most about the ZAI’ve just started the “build me up”
It’s 12 weeks. Only 1 week in done peddling techniques which was good. 1 leg intervals to check your stroke.

- cant understand a 6 mile run in ? it was frantic from the off

. Now sometimes when I’m struggling going up a hill i think about that so I keep pushing. Maybe the thought of being overtaken by runners will motivate your wife to keep going
