It's great when you hit the target weight, you can eat all the rubbish again . I've been at 73-75kg for the past couple of yearsYep, I'm on that too. Having been as heavy as 16 stone and getting down to current weight I know that food is far more important than exercise. Stopped buying biscuits and sweet things. Trying to manage portion sizes.
