I'm in the big smoke Bob, so can't do it. Good opportunity to set a time for the 3 Sisters. I like the 3 Sisters route. Sub 1hr30

Not me Andy.
Looks like my time will have stay as it is. Just been going up Box with an eta of 7-38. suddenly hit with really horrible front of head headache and decided to bail. Fine now i am cooling down. Feel like i am falling apart despite taking it v v easy until now. So will ride the Maratona for fun.
Enjoy the Big Smoke!

i know how you feel - it seems like every morning i lay there and wonder what is gonna hurt today at the moment !-its a bitch getting older aint it
had big plans for today and i had got all set up for a proper big ride to try and get my goal number for the year
thought i would do the full london route then just keep going till i reached it
shoulders were aching like mad at the half way so i wrapped a towel round them to keep the fan off them and that worked a bit , then bottom of back was moaning and then got a puncture in left calf again , square pedalling the last 15 mile and was glad to just finish the course
now it seems like my legs have decided to take up irish dancing as they are hopping and twitching all over the place
AND still got 70 odd mile to go before sunday night
( if Darren reads this - sorry  ) but if he does it again faster then he can keep it - i aint doing it again !

Dean,
You have to watch that shoulder!
I know my headache was part extertion but also because i strained my left shoulder a few days back. Pain up into my neck and down my arm (wtf?!?) and tingling in fingers of left hand. So i think i was chancing it with a balls out effort up Box. But i have been so bored just spinning for 20km a day. I will pop off to strava to see what you have done ^_^

Will do the BRT ages ride at 6:30, I like the idea to race against people in my age group ( over 50’s) for me.
Zwift is good for racing with cyclists of different abilities (group D) which is more realistic for my ability than bkool is.
Races on Bkool seem to be more geared up for the elite groups and no one notices the poor other riders lagging behind that are working there butts off and that’s why I did like the handicap races on bkool with the cycle chat gang which unfortunately has now all but disappeared.

I think you mean lee ;)
I think I'm suffering as well, was meant to be riding with @berty bassett this morning at 8am but got on at 9 lee had already do 20 miles I was going steady so I thought we was going to bump into each other but never did, anyway did 30 miles sweating like a pig despite hr being around 110 then it started to climb up to 130 even on steady flats so bailed, I just feel drained when I stand up it feels like some one sitting on my shoulders haven't slept properly for 2 nights now.

Sorry lee about this morning I'm a let down
