You're the man.

There is plenty to chew with that challenge. When somebody finally beat that time there is three boobs visible after that, just my wild guess ^_^.
I did think today about going up a 3rd time (or at least starting to) but I ran out of time as I had a meeting at 5. Maybe next time I'll go for the 3 boobies :tongue:

42km team CLS workout done tonight... beasted and ready for bed! Around the hilly NYC rising empire loop, tempo 1.8 w/kg to 2.8 with hill attacks over 4 w/kg. Ouch! Really like how it's just a group ride and everyone forms a peloton following the lead's pace calls.

I'll do stage 3 at some time this week ... tomorrow I may have another go at a double Alpe :biggrin: I was below 78kg this morning so a few more Alpe climbs this week should see me closer to 77kg and able to reduce the weight in Zwift :wahhey: I'm hoping to be there by the end of the week :okay:
I watched a video about weight doping and after testing different weights at the same watts on the same hills for the same time guess what the findings were?
The advantages were not as great as you’d think. Not really real world like at all. Still many weight dope for marginal gains.
If we slimmed to Simon Yates size we’d most likely lose a lot of muscle & power as we’re not pros.

Weight doping on Zwift? Do you have a link? It's already big news on the Facebook pages so be interesting to watch that.

The only one I have seen was the cycling hub one on the short kom and for me not representative at all.They only dropped the weight a kilo or so. Too short, not long enough or steep enough and too small a weight difference

It would be interesting to see them test it properly like the second video.

Not exactly scientific but...

Zwift alpe:

Bridgy= 50:36 @ 289w & 78kg

Me=51:18 @ 299w & 79kg

(Weight taken from zp)

I say not very scientific because I haven’t compared the variation in applied power. And the course doesn’t have a continuous consistent gradient. Also Bridgy was in a race and I don’t know if there was a drafting effect.
