.... and great news about the knee. Injuries are so frustrating, aren't they.

Absolutely. We had a chat about giving me an ACL constructed from my hamstrings. Up to 6 months off the bike. Might stabilise knee a little more, help with sprint power but few averse consequences to leaving as is. So I am very happy indeed!

Hoping to - but I think I'll have to do it at 5pm as it's the wife's Birthday and so doing it any later might be considered antisocial...

Not yet sure how the legs are going to react following Sunday's ride. I had a short ride on Zwift on Tuesday and I definitley couldn't have raced hard then!

My legs are still feeling pretty stiff too. But I’ve not ridden all week so it might just be a case of blowing off the cobwebs. Time will tell I guess. I’ll try and get set up for 5 but I think it’s morw likely I do it at 6 or 7. Good luck!

Not me.

Did Stage 6 on Tuesday, raced last night and did a 77 mile IRL ride today. Feel like I’m back on form again.

Tonight I shall be mainly falling asleep in front of the TV!

Taken a few weeks and still not totally clear, but it’s not affecting my riding now!

I’ve had this happen before.

Happened when I started up Zwift first on the laptop, then tried to sign up for the ride via the iPhone app after that.

If you do it in that order. Then you never get the join invitation, even though the screen says you’re going to the race/ride.

Don’t know if that’s what you did?

I did turn the laptop on first Del. I didn’t know that was a thing. This has happened to me before when I’ve entered the race hours earlier too though.

This time I left and restarted Zwift and left and re entered the race via the Zwift main page and still had no luck.

Now left spinning aimlessly round Zwift land... all dressed up and no where to go! Looks like I’ll be doing that stage in catch up if I bother.
