Yesterday I wanted to do a 2 hour endurance ride and chose to join the 4pm HPL Cycling Provincial+ Group Ride. I mention it because it was the most disciplined Group Ride I've ever done on Zwift - no fliers and the vast majority of the group stayed together the whole time. This led to pretty fast average speeds and it just felt kinda good. Here is their blurb - and I think they do this the same time every Sunday.
This ride is intended to be a endurance or recovery ride. At two hours in length it is sure to produce fitness gains. Please respect the yellow beacon. Courses will change weekly.
