Ah, yes... Good old dark humour. They say it's like AIDS - you either have it or notIād heard it can make you go blind, maybe a sore wrist, but never any worse than that! Be careful, guys![]()

Need to take a few days off cycling lads - my right kneecap is not happy after the 100-miler. Incidentally - anyone knows a good bike fit place around York?
You really need to update your story, this is just not right for this forum ..... try this instead ....about 70 miles into a club century peaks ride near Dovedale , guy taking it likes to do moving piccies with his phone, not something i would do
To be fair its a good piccie i cropped down to remove other riders
Not good Del, hope you all stay well and see you on here/Zwift next year.My riding has come to an end for this year.
Confirmed as another Omicron statistic along with my wife. Picked it up from my niece at sister in law's house on Christmas Day.
Been feeling a bit crap since 27/28 December and staying off the bike for now.
Hoping that my triple max status keeps it ok.
Happy New Year all!

I did my best to join the early morning spin today - cycling kit ready by the bedside, water bottle filled and in its cage, alarm set for 7:45 and even placed at the far side of the room to make me get up - but 7;45 came around too quick and I took the easy option, hit snooze and crawled back to bed.One more (virtual ride) for the year fellas?
Iām going to get on the bike around 8:00 / 8:30 tomorrow if anyone fancies some early morning most likely slightly hungover banter.
Apologies in advance for pictures of my hairy leg. The pain is in the circled area, nowhere else:Probably a tight ITB.

No real soreness in any muscles, tendons and I can tap anywhere on the knee without any pain - with the exception of that little area. I can walk on flat OK, but can't really put pressure while the leg is bent.
Had identical issue with the other leg but went away on its own. Any suggestions on stretches/rehabilitation?
