Joffey, I think you're mixing SPD with SPD-L The latter are road cleats, the former are comfortable walk-able MTB shoe cleats.
Plus they hardly wear out. Just swapped my original cleats after 8 years of use.

Would be quite good if the training plans flexibility could be incorporated into Zwift. I currently have both, but don't use TR any more because it's not as much fun - even though I think their training plans are better (at least in terms of being able to start whenever you want and recalculate a program part-way through).I am sure some of you have seen this.
